Micro-fiber is a single thickness less than a human hair that has been split 16 times and woven. The surface area of the micro-fiber product is increased over 15 times, creating millions of spaces between the fibers which trap dirt, grime or liquids, making this product one of the most absorbent materials. These “V” shape splits, less than a micron in size, have edges that collect debris as opposed to pushing debris away. Particles are trapped in between the fibers and can be rinsed or machine washed.
